RESERVATIONS

A 30% deposit of the total amount is required to secure a booking; this deposit can be paid with credit card, PayPal or bank transfer and have to be paid within 7 business day from the reservation date. Snale Holiday Homes reserves the right to cancel the booking if the payment is not received within 7 business days. The remaining 70% of the outstanding balance will be due exactly 30 days before the check-in; for bookings received within less than 30 days prior the check-in date, full payment is required at the time of the booking. If the full balance is not paid on time at least 30 days before the check-in date, Snale Holiday Homes will notify the guest, who will have 5 business days to remedy the breach. If the breach is still not remedied, Snale Holiday Homes reserves the right to cancel the booking and is entitled to retain the deposit as compensation for the damages caused. Once the reservation is cancelled, the period will be immediately released to accept new bookings. In case of No Show at check-in, the Guest will not be able to claim for any refund or compensation and Full accommodation cost will be charged.

 

CANCELLATION FEE

If the Guest has to cancel the reservation for any reason, immediate notification to Snale Holiday Homes through e-mail is required. The total Accommodation cost refunded will depend upon the amount of time still to elapse before the holiday check-in date and the total amount already paid:

- If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the date of check-in, 70% refund of full Accommodation cost (guest will lose the deposit cost);

- If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to check-in, liable for full Accommodation cost.

No refund will be due in the case the guests will voluntarily stop the stay before its end (Early Departure).

 

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY

In case of unexpected reasons not imputable to the company for which the accommodation could not be occupied by the guest, the Company will make available to the guest another accommodation with equal or greater characteristics without any reimbursement to both the parties.
