The apartment welcomes guests with the living room overlooking the lake, equipped with a very comfortable double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, and kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave, electric kettle, juicer, american coffee machine and toaster. The living room overlooks the beautiful covered patio and garden equipped with dining table and chairs, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake. The apartment continues with the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
Guests have access to a private parking space inside the Residence and free Wi-Fi connection.

The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of Valtenesi hills and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake and place to take pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.
The apartment is about 20 minutes by car from the Desenzano train station and about 40 minutes from the airport.
